Suggestion and inspiration, this sculpture is dedicated to those who are looking for these two things. Balance is first and foremost what we see: a totally black man crouched down, his heels upward and toes firmly placed on the ground holding all the weight. The man has his arms open and his head bowed, his muscles are all in tension but despite this he does not seem nervous and snappy but rather firm and sure. There is no movement impressed in this artwork but only immobility and, indeed, perfect balance.
This is what we see, then we notice that the man is a kind of idealized figure, a kind of Vitruvian man with bionic features, a man who had to think to be able to forget his weight and keep himself in such a perfect balance. The sculpture is made of resin even if it rests on a white marble base. It was all made by hand through artisan techniques. The dimensions of this sculpture are: 59 cm high, 44 cm wide and 31 cm thick. Being made of resin it is quite light in fact it weighs only 10.6 kg. We recommend that it is placed above all in offices, perhaps workplaces or studies where it will contribute to achieve calm and reflection.
