A white resin sculpture with a glossy effect depicting the figure of a semi-seated woman, with her head slightly bent forward, one arm supporting her bust and the other resting gently on her knee. The bust is curved to support the resting position, the legs are both slightly bent, with one foot completely on the ground, while the other touches the ground gently and gracefully.
The face has no somatic features, the hair is absent and the shape of the head is only sketched, as if it were a dreamlike mannequin according to De Chirico style. But the body has nothing to do with the Master's figures, referring rather to the shapes of Palaeolithic Venuses, with their exuberant, sinuous femininity and proportions that are not necessarily exact. The figure is completed by long, slender arms and small breasts barely sketched on the bust, which is at first slender and then increasingly softer, right down to the generous hips and large, strong legs.
This resin sculpture, presented here in white colour but also available in other colours in the ADM Design catalogue, furnishes with style and stands out also thanks to its size, with a length of 69 centimetres. Placed in a modern, classic or design context, it will add a touch of refinement and originality. The sculpture comes with a certificate of craftsmanship.
