This metal wall sculpture is composed of several spheres decorated with an ethnic motif. The artwork seems to have been conceived in a Berber tent, with colours and patterns that recall the dazzling light of the desert. The protagonist of the composition is first and foremost gold, the background against which the various textures were conceived. The other colours are bronze, earth brown, creamy white, Baltic blue and a hint of black.
The sculpture is made up of spheres of different sizes, concave as if they were plates, which intersect each other in a play of foregrounds and backgrounds. The patterns are different: the cross-shaped ones recall the ancient shields, while the star-shaped recall the domes of Orthodox cathedrals. The characteristic of these ethnic textures is that they are not painted but engraved on the inside of each sphere, adding a pleasant relief effect to the shine of the gold.
This is an important painting which perfectly matches a classical environment, simple as a white plastered wall. At the same time, however, this wall sculpture is enhanced in opulent environments, filled with gilding, perhaps with an ethnic touch. All the composition was made by hand, together with it you will also receive a certificate of craftsmanship.
