This painting depicts an abstract subject with bright colours. We can distinguish a yellow sphere in the background (completely white), exactly in the middle of the composition. However, this is only partially visible as it is crossed by various waves of different colours. In the first part of the painting there is a predominant presence of red, the brush stroke starts from the top left-hand corner of the painting, passes through the centre and reaches the middle of the right-hand side. Other brush-strokes of colours depart from this side. First of all, a pink tending towards purple, a strip of green, touches of light blue quite mellow and in relief, and again brush strokes of yellow that blend with red in various shades of orange. Finally, there are two thick brush-strokes of black.
The very bright colours are striking; the artist Edgar Ramirez did not skimp on acrylics and created an enveloping and warm effect, a wave of colour that does not embrace but squeezes. The result is a painting where the colours are used without half-measures and where you can distinguish the various brush-strokes given to the painting. In addition, in the demonstration photos you can see this painting combined with the furniture of a living room in neutral shades of white and grey, with which it creates a pleasant chromatic contrast.
