According to some versions of mythology, when Zeus decided to kidnap Europa, the beautiful daughter of a Phoenician king, he chose to transform himself into a bull. Already at the time of the ancient Greeks, this animal was a symbol of good luck, symbolising strength and fertility. In fact, an aura of power is linked to the iconography of the bull as in few other mammals, the same that we see here replicated in this small resin specimen available in the Arte dal Mondo catalogue.

It is a multi-faceted figure, processed as if it were a rough stone that was transformed into a bull sculpture by chipping. Despite the faceting, however, we immediately appreciate the typical outline of this animal, the power of the large chest that is ready to act, with the right leg in a more forward position and the low head, with sharp horns, that is ready to charge.

This is a unique sculpture, also available in a red version, whose dimensions are as follows: 25 cm high, 48 cm wide and 23 cm thick. The entire sculpture was made in resin, by hand and it is shipped with a certificate of craftsmanship.
