This romantic artwork despite its metal core features pictorial references. It is a composition of openwork flowers specifically water lilies, welded (in metal wire) on a base frame. These flowers are of various colours, mainly gold, silver and dark brown (or a colour similar to rusted metal). These colours mix with each other and are also present in the same flower.
The water lilies in the artwork bestow serenity to this metallic painting creating the impression of watching these aquatic flowers move across the surface of the a small pond. Reference is also made to Monet and his water lilies, a resemblance provided mostly by the streaks of the openwork petals that remind of the Impressionist artist's brush strokes.
The dimensions of this artwork are: H 81 x W 148 x D 9 cm, thus a floral bas-relief of sorts. We would like to remind that the whole composition was created by hand and that together with it, in case of purchase, you will also receive a certificate of craftsmanship that will prove its workmanship.
