How big is the universe? Will we ever be able to explore it fully? Are we alone in this huge world? Some of the questions that could inspire the poetic view of this work, a wall sculpture made entirely of metal that depicts a rather stylised vision of the universe. Your eye can only fall first of all on the centre where all the action starts, this large black sphere with various amber reflections, perhaps a black hole or a distant planet composed only of a large, dark, mineral mass. Many rays radiate from this centre, or come close to it (it depends), made up of iron wires with different sizes at the ends of which there are various spheres of different sizes bronze, silver and gold coloured.
This work reminds us, without prejudice to its abstractness, of the notions of astronomy on the force of gravity acting on celestial bodies having a larger mass against other celestial bodies that are inevitably attracted by that mass. No orbits are here, but only a great centripetal force that activates the large dark mass. It is undoubtedly attractive as a basic concept, but we are also talking about a beautiful and attractive design object, with a story to tell and needing light to shine.
