The abstract art of this composition made by artist Edgar Ramirez, in acrylic on canvas, allows the imagination to run free. What appears from a purely aesthetic point of view is the presence of two silver and gold rings at the edges, in the middle there is a smaller sphere and various splashes of colour ranging from grey, black and brown, all on a background of various shades of brown and grey. In front of these rings there are two metal inserts: a hemispherical one that follows the curvature of the first ring at the bottom, another with a sharp shape that stands in front of the other.
To refer to the concept of running fantasy mentioned earlier, we could say that this is not only an abstract painting but also an astronomical one: one of the metal inserts looks like a kind of spaceship for interstellar travel that is just passing between two planets and above a third one which is smaller because it is more distant. This illusion is reinforced by the fact that the central splashes of colour appear as a kind of group of stars, and the presence of the darker spots highlights the effect of depth.
