The sculpture, result of the artisan work of ADM's Team of artisans, represents an Orangutan in white lacquered resin, unique in its kind because we never produce sculptures in series. The manual processing allowed a meticulous attention to every detail of the animal's body. The artist was able to perfectly represent the muscular strength of the Orangutan, transmitting the vigour and pride of the animal.
The Orangutan is depicted in the classic resting position, its legs are slightly open and touch the ground, its arms are stretched out to frame its chest which stands out in all its magnificence. The sculpture is made of white lacquered resin and processed by hand: the sinuous lines of the Orangutan's body are made with extreme attention, while the softly processed reliefs let the monkey's muscles stand out.
