This painting speaks of gracefulness, despite the fact that more than half of the canvas is occupied by a large red drape representing the young protagonist's dress. It is she who gives us an idea of lightness and enchantment: she is clasped in her corset, her arms are outstretched and open; we only have a pink oval of her face, but this is enough to imagine a carefree look. Her hair is a real delight for the eyes: Two large spiral curls, almost a raven black eight crossed by white lines, giving the impression of movement rather than age.

It would seem that this character is dancing and that she is doing so despite the bulkiness of an oversized dress, or it is her whirling that makes the flounces of the fabric swell. On the dress there is also room for the clear figure of four blue butterflies.. It is not clear whether they landed on the dress or are fluttering about, but one of them answers this question because it is placed on the girl's right hand. This work was created by artist Edgar Ramirez using the technique of acrylic on canvas, and is sold with a certificate of craftsmanship included.
